Director of Emotional Support, Health and Wellness
Responsibilities include:
- Research, prepare and collaborate with leadership to finalize internal processes.
- Collaborating with the Founding Educator and Executive Director to establish curriculum.
- Assessing and reporting on the relationship between mentor/mentee.
- Leading Professional Development Onboarding and check-ins with mentors.
- Following all laws and guidelines related to youth emotional health and well-being.
- Creating internal processes for the We Love Philly mentoring platform.
- Collaborating on internal Professional Development for WLP staff centered on emotional health and well-being.
