The We Love Philly Apprenticeship Program is certified by the PA Department of Labor and Industry and is a collaboration between Employers and We Love Philly to create a talent pathway for High School graduates to earn and learn their way to a livable wage career in Digital Marketing.

What Do We Love Philly Apprentices Learn?

We Love Philly apprentices are high school graduates and graduates of a 24-week state-certified pre-apprenticeship program in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce. All of our apprentices have spent 328 hours in our pre-apprenticeship program creating campaigns and interacting with clients, and obtained the Google Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce credentials upon graduation.

All We Love Philly apprentices are born and raised in Philadelphia, high school graduates from neighborhoods that have been historically under-resourced. We are on a mission to ensure the future of our city is properly trained to lead Philadelphia in the 21st century.

What is Related Technical Instruction?

For the duration of the 52-week apprenticeship, apprentices come back to We Love Philly headquarters and engage in weekly 3-hour training, gaining credentials through Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, and various CRM certifications. The curriculum is adaptable based on your company's needs.

Is a We Love Philly Apprentice a Full-Time Employee?

Yes! A We Love Philly Apprentice is a full-time employee with your company, abiding by all policies and procedures while adapting to the culture of your organization.

What Are the Benefits of Hiring a We Love Philly Apprentice?

We Love Philly Apprentices are a cost-effective solution for your hiring needs. Apprentice wages are covered up to 50% by our partners for the first 500 hours of employment, and apprentices receive Related Technical Instruction free of charge to your company.
