Digital Marketing Educator

We are looking for a full time passionate individual to join our Executive Leadership tribe as a Digital Marketing  Educator. Our Educator will be primarily responsible for the co-creation and actualization of curriculum. The Founding Educator will work closely with students, community stakeholders, and our tribe  to deliver educational programming linked to both community service and digital media & marketing. The Founding Educator should feel comfortable collaborating with our executive tribe regarding the organization’s partnerships and projects. Our ideal candidate is someone who will enthusiastically help our organization grow and succeed in a fast paced, ever changing environment, in order to better serve our students and the community.

Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development advances the growth and impact of the We Love Philly Digital Marketing Agency—a social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth with real-world marketing expertise. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, managing partnerships, and driving revenue to sustain both the agency’s impact and our hands-on, transformative educational programs for Philadelphia youth.

Business Acquisition & Client Relationship Building: Identify, prospect, and onboard new businesses, nonprofits, and mission-aligned organizations as digital marketing clients for the agency.

Strategic Partnerships: Build collaborative partnerships with local employers, nonprofits, and educational institutions to support agency pipeline and provide youth with hands-on marketing experiences.

Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure consistent project flow and revenue growth, supporting both agency sustainability and youth stipend payments.

Program Integration: Collaborate with education and curriculum teams to align agency projects with student learning outcomes—including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and portfolio development.

Brand & Mission Advocacy: Represent We Love Philly in the Philadelphia business and nonprofit community, championing our dual mission of top-quality marketing services and youth empowerment.

Impact Reporting: Track and communicate business development outcomes (clients served, revenue generated, youth employed, etc.) for internal improvement and grant reporting.

Mentorship & Youth Development: Facilitate opportunities for agency youth to engage directly with clients, develop professional communication skills, and contribute meaningfully to digital projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 5+ years’ business development/sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, creative services, or social enterprise sectors.
  • Demonstrated record of securing new clients and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices (campaign management, social media, content, SEO, analytics, etc.)
  • Experience working with youth-centered programs, nonprofits, or education strongly preferred.
  • Excellent public speaking, networking, and relationship-building skills.
