PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC)
About the Program
The Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program allows donors to support the Y in powerful ways while receiving tax credits of up to 90% of their donation, which can be applied against their Pennsylvania personal income tax or business lax liability.
Eligible individuals and companies who wish to participate may become members of one of our LLCs with a 2-year commitment. Our LLCs fund pre-k and teen leadership programs, giving you unique ways to support the community. Tax credits will be distributed to each member via a Pennsylvania Schedule K-1 and will be available for application against your eligible Pennsylvania tax liability for the year in which donation is made.
LLC membership requires a minimum contribution of $5,000 per year, with a 2-year commitment.
